# Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Mirabu ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.

## What Mirabu does
Mirabu analyzes the photos, screenshots and messages you choose to upload and returns scores and written guidance. Results are probabilistic signals, not facts or legal advice. Verify anything important yourself before acting on it.

## Your responsibilities
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not use Mirabu to harass, stalk, dox or discriminate against anyone. We may block devices that misuse the service.

## Subscriptions
Mirabu PRO is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at its end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. PRO has no daily scan limit for personal use; to protect the service we may limit automated or excessive use (currently more than 200 scans a day).

## Free tier
The free plan includes a daily number of scans shown in the app. Limits reset at local midnight and may change with notice.

## Liability
Mirabu is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions you make based on a result.
